Karate

My daughter really loves karate. She studies traditional Okinawan karate (Shorin-ryu) at a local school. Last weekend she had her belt test. It was amazing. She ran 2 miles, tested with high scores on 10 or more katas, was tested on Japanese language, did like 100 or more push ups, had 15 rounds of sparring and it was no girlie fighting, thats for sure, but she did have a fit of giggles a couple of times. I was impressed with my daughter and the whole school - it was hard to watch her when she really started to get tired and emotional, but she was fabulous.

above: the announcement I made for her - the back side said the date and time stuff. I got her a cake designed like this too - it was very cool.

below: the belt I made with psp - this was the hardest part. It took me forever lmao

Below: A very cool picture of her sparring with a classmate - they are simultaneously smashing each other in the chin.

Take downs !! I was most impressed with her exhibition take downs. I'd never seen her do these before. and the take downs were so hard - his image blurred in the photograph.

Halloween Tag Contest

All tag entries should have a halloween theme. Participants will each recieve a

a Mini CollabMystery Kit. The kit will be made by the Cancer Moon Creations Team.

Once Becca recieves your entry She will send you a link to the mystery kits. You can

download one or all of them.

Rules for the tags:

No larger than 500 x 500

Send in two copies of your tag

one with your name and email addy on it

and one with out any identifying marks on it.

All tags must be sent in to Becca at beccards@suddenlink.net by October 23rd

so that she can post them to her blog for the CT members to vote on.

The winner and runner ups will be notified by email and then posted on Becca's Blog.

The Grand Prize winner (1st place) will be awarded with a cu grab bag including

scripts from cmc. Runners up will receive a cmc script.

How Great is Florida

Florida is sooo gorgeous..sometimes I forget. But my new sister in law planned a simple and small beach wedding that just turned out gorgeous and made Florida seem even better. The beach was beautiful and they carried some of the beach into the reception. But even the natural atmosphere of Florida with all the palm trees and exotic plants reminds me that I live very close to paradise. sorry to those that are still cold up north hehehehe.

there are quite a few pictures from the wedding - and then a couple of my daughter. We have been very busy lately.

The ring bearer is my nephew.. the star fish was trying to be our guest at the wedding - gorgeous - just sitting there, peacefully, close to shore. Until......
some young swimmers came and scooped him up. and of course the simple but gorgeous set up for the wedding - I wish we had one without the set up guy in it hehehee.

Trouble Shooting Scripts

Im trying to start a series of trouble shooting tips for using scripts.
Things I have learned from using free scripts myself, and problems that have come up with testing scripts I have made.

If you have had a problem using scripts, please email me at cancermooncreations@gmail.com and tell me what the problem is and we will try to fix it. If you email me with your problem, expect to see it in my trouble shooting tips - but I wont use names :)

Tip of the Day

Scripts that are written in version 10 or later do not work in 8 or 9.
To get it to work in version 9 at least, there is a simple change in the actual script file that you can do. Change the very top most line of code. *see image*
